PREORDER DETAILS

Orders are packed and shipped Sunday only.

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order will be cancelled until you send to us the full detail.

Date of receive

EAST MALAYSIA-  7-10days after shipping.
WEST MALAYSIA-  1-3 days after shipping.

Notice: We will refund the items balance to you, if the item fabric have some problem from factory. Refund to you to make sure you don't losses.

Urgent order: Do not accept any urgent shipping requirements after purchase, please accept this provision before place the order

Unsuccessful delivery

If you missed the delivery, you can call POSSTORE HQ OFFICE or contact us.


The parcel will be keep at local POSSTORE OFFICE for 7 days, POSSTORE be returned the parcel to our warehouse after 7 days
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, must to pay one more time postage before secound shipping.

PARCEL ONLY KEEP IN WAREHOURS 30 DAYS, AFTER 30 DAYS ORDER WILL CANCEL AND CANT RETURN 

International Shipping

No international shipping is provided.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to make changes based on your order or schedule of delivery, please contact Customer Service wherever possible, and we will be happy to help you, anyway.

We can try to cancel your purchase, but if you change your mind, but the order of the day is prioritized, the cancellation of these orders is not always possible. You can refund the refund of your order through our free and simple return service.
